MW3 Killstreaks – Full Strike Packages List

MW3 Killstreaks – Full Strike Packages List

For those of you who haven’t heard about the brand new Strike Packages system (see here), well.. to put it simply – killstreaks are completely different now. We advise you to check out the Strike Packages post first, as otherwise this list won’t make much sense to you.

So anyway, as promised.. here is the full list of MW3 Killstreaks / Strike Packages (these are not officially confirmed – but have been seen in the official MW3 trailers):

MW3 Killstreaks / Strike Packages:

The strike packages are split into three different groups, Assualt, Support and Specialist. Each group having completely different rewards and different ways to earn them.

    Assualt:
  • 3 Kills – UAV
  • 4 Kills – Care Package
  • 5 Kills – IMS – Multiple landmines that can’t be disabled by tactical grenades.
  • 5 Kills – Predator Missile
  • 5 Kills – Sentry Gun
  • 6 Kills – Precision Air Strike
  • 7 Kills – Attack Helicopter
  • 9 Kills – Strafe Run
  • 9 Kills – Little Bird Guard – Helicopter that’ll follow and protect you.
  • 9 Kills – Reaper – We hear this is like a mortar strike but with predator missiles (not confirmed).
  • 10 Kills – Assualt Drone – Mini Automatic Tank Robot
  • 12 Kills – AC130
  • 12 Kills – Pavelow
  • 15 Kills – Juggernaut
  • 18 Kills – Osprey Gunner – Chopper Gunner that you control.

That’s right.. no more tactical nuke.

    Support:
  • 4 Kills – UAV
  • 5 Kills – Counter UAV
  • 5 Kills – Ballistic Vests – Gives health bonus to team.
  • 5 Kills – Airdrop Trap – Drops a booby trapped (hacked) care package.
  • 8 Kills – Sam Turret
  • 10 Kills – Recon Drone
  • 12 Kills – Advanced UAV – Similar to Blackbird.
  • 12 Kills – Remote Turret – Remote Controlled Sentry Gun
  • 14 Kills – Stealth Bomber
  • 18 Kills – EMP
  • 18 Kills – Juggernaut Recon
  • 18 Kills – Escort Airdrop – Gunship that’ll drop 5 care packages (1 hacked)

Remember, these are easier to get than Assualt Strike Packages as your kills dont get reset when you die.

    Specialist:
  • 2 Kills – Extra Perk
  • 4 Kills – Extra Perk
  • 6 Kills – Extra Perk
  • 8 Kills – Unlock all perks.

We think that you can only have a maximum of 6 perks (that’s 3 default perks, plus 3 extra).. but we aren’t 100% sure on that. You can however choose what extra perks you get. Prefer this new MW3 system to the previous Call of Duty killstreaks? We certainly do!

MW3 Related News:
  1. impressive is sad with ac130 or eleminate it or make it require more killstreaks 20 example or make it possible shot with rpg other fantastic already preordered = ) hope they maded a stronger security if it is like mw2 it will hack after a week with alteriwnet usually :(

  2. and do we know yet if, say, a predator missile kill rolls into your killstreak like mw2 or if this is black ops style?

  3. Specialist after 8 kills you get all of the perks available question answered…

  4. the assault packages stacks just like cod4 and mw2. so your killstreaks will get kills for you etc. the support packages will actually chain even after you die.

  5. Ok, so I see some questions to a few of the kill-streaks and how they work. I figured I’d update this page with a few facts I have learned:

-Support Package kill-streaks do NOT reset upon death; however, they are the only kill-streaks which do not reset (Assault kill-steaks do reset).

-Assault Package kill-streaks do STACK; however, they are the only kill-streaks which stack (Support kill-streaks do not).

-Specialist Package kill-streaks work like this: 2 kills – You get +1 perk that you chose before hand; 4 kills – You get another +1 perk that you chose before hand; 6 kills – You get another +1 perk that you chose before hand; 8 kills – You unlock every available perk. Note that only perks you have unlocked based on your level can be chosen, and once you get 8 kills you only get the perks which you have unlocked. If you have unlocked every perk in the game, then you get every perk in the game at 8 kills!!!

Well, I think that about covers what updates I had, hope that helps!

  7. Where is the Naplam strike package?

  8. Do you know if the kills from killstreaks/strike packages help your killstreak or not?

  9. Specialist is the best idea they’ve ever had. I can’t wait…let’s hope it’s more balanced than OMA was…

  10. The only thing that worries me is that the Support Killstreaks/Strike Package seems like it will be abused. If it doesn’t reset we will be seeing many ac130. I know i usually get 20-30 kills every round, so that would be an easy ac130. Anybody who has any skill at the game should be able to get 18 kills in a round. Thats the only negative feedback I have. I’m definitely ready for it to come out. Seems like it revampted a lot of things that made the game easy for the ones who weren’t very good at defending themselves. It should be a full blown rampage killing fest now! I read in another forum something about gun game and one in the chamber coming back…. who knows…

    • Dont worry. Kills reset on everything apart from the Support strike packages (which doesnt include AC130). Check out this post: http://www.mw3elite.com/2011/mw3-new-strike-packages-and-game-modes-revealed/ … it explains everything a lot better.

    • Does the assault strike package only relate to accumulated kills or does it also relate to accumulated points? If so it will be faster and easier to rack up rewards and earn strike packages if combined kills/points are both taken into account.

Also how many points are equivalent to 1 kill? I capture 4 dom points, does this equate to one kill and therefore one strike package reward?

      • We would assume that only kills affect the assault package, but we are in no way certain about this. We will have to wait for further news before we know exactly how the pointstreaks will work.

  11. the whole point of support streaks is to stop forcing people to not support the team by just going for kill streaks.
what they have failed to realize is that in tdm (the most popular game type by far) and many other game types the way to help your team is not based on kills but on ratio, now i think id rather have people trying to stay alive and get kills in tdm then a bunch of people running into gun fire not caring about dying. just saying.
ofc we all no this isnt about making people support there teams its about helping the main consumer, the noobs.

    • Actually as well as helping players that find it hard to get killstreaks normally, support streaks do help the team as it provides things such as UAV, Advanced UAV and Recon Plane. Also the teams score is based on kills and is not affected by deaths like Halo and when my team is losing, I find that running and gunning and getting like 24 kills and deaths is actually more helpful to the team than advancing carefully, getting a few kills and no deaths.
